How do I return an item?
Cancellations: Once an order is placed, the customer may cancel an order up to the point it is ordered from Overseas. (Please email us to check to see if your order has been placed).
Returns: Returns are not accepted at any time once the kit is ordered from overseas. We are a distributor for DGR suspension, we are not a warehouse and with that, we do not stock suspension kits nor are responsible if you change your mind. Once a kit is ordered and received we process the order and ship it to the customer. Please make sure the kit is what you need. We are not responsible for wrong orders. If you need options or additional items on a kit (pillowball/springs) you need to include that with your initial order. DGR does not take responsibility for any misordered item.
